El material utilizado para su producci\u00f3n es POLIETHYLENE – HDPE 56020S de TOTAL perfectamente compatible con el estandard europeo (UE) 2016\/1416. Lo mejor para la producci\u00f3n por inyecci\u00f3n \/ soplado.<\/p>\n

El HDPE 56020S certificado por TOTAL que garantiza una densidad molecular de 0,952 gr \/ c m2. El punto de fusi\u00f3n MFI determina la cantidad de material fundido en la unidad de tiempo con una tobera calentada a 190 \u00b0 y el peso preestablecido de Kg. 21.6.<\/p>\n

Para dar una idea de la densidad molecular, hay que considerar que se necesitan 10min para inyectar 2 gr. de ese material. La f\u00f3rmula est\u00e1ndar de punto de fusi\u00f3n es MFI (190 \u00b0: 21,6 KG = 2gr X 10 minutos).<\/p>\n

Certificado en Italia por Decreto Ministerial de 21\/03\/1973 ectualizado en 26\/04\/1993, D.M. N\u00b0220 y actualizado el 28\/03\/2003 con D.M. N\u00b0123<\/p>\n

Sus caracter\u00edsticas son ideales para el sistema de cubos flotantes Otto, que permite que nuestros elementos sean s\u00f3lidos, el\u00e1sticos y resistentes a los impactos.<\/p>\n

Esta materia prima, utilizada para la construcci\u00f3n de nuestros elementos, es extremadamente duradera, \u00f3ptima para todas los esfuerzos marinos, tanto para sal \/ agua dulce como para \u00e1cidos. Tambi\u00e9n es utilizable para el uso alimentario, perfectamente resistente a los rayos UV, que no se pueden deformar en una gama de temperaturas que van desde -60\u00b0 a +80\u00b0 cent\u00edgrados y sobre todo es tambi\u00e9n f\u00e1cilmente reciclable.<\/p>\n
