Le mat\u00e9riau utilis\u00e9 pour leur production est le POLY\u00c9THYL\u00c8NE – HDPE 56020S du TOTAL<\/p>\n

Rigoureusement conforme a la R\u00e9glementation Europ\u00e9enne (UE) 2016\/1416. Le meilleur pour la production \u00e0 l’injection pour le moulage par soufflage.<\/p>\n

L\u2019 HDPE 56020S certifi\u00e9 par TOTAL garanties a densit\u00e9 mol\u00e9culaire de 0,952g\/cm2<\/sup><\/p>\n

Le point de fusion MFI d\u00e9terminant la quantit\u00e9 de mat\u00e9riau fondu \u00e0 la buse par unit\u00e9 de temps chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 190\u00b0 C et le poids de pr\u00eat kg 21,6.<\/p>\n

Pour donner une id\u00e9e de la densit\u00e9 mol\u00e9culaire, il faut consid\u00e9rer que sont n\u00e9cessaires 10min. \u00e0 injecter 2 g de cette mati\u00e8re. La formule standard de point de fusion est de MFI (190\u00b0 21,6 KG = 2g x 10 minutes).<\/p>\n

Ses caract\u00e9ristiques sont id\u00e9ales pour le syst\u00e8me des cubes flottant Otto, en fait, il permet \u00e0 nos \u00e9l\u00e9ments d’\u00eatre solides, \u00e9lastique et r\u00e9sistant aux chocs.<\/p>\n

Cette mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re utilis\u00e9e pour la construction de nos \u00e9l\u00e9ments, en bref, est extr\u00eamement r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 toutes les influences marines, a l’eau sal\u00e9e et a les acides, et il est \u00e9galement possible d’utiliser pour les aliments.<\/p>\n

Il est r\u00e9sistant aux rayons UV, r\u00e9sistant da -60\u00b0 \u00e0 + 80\u00e0 degr\u00e9s centigrades et facilement recyclable.<\/p>\n
