Otto floating cubes, made with TOTAL POLYETHYLENE – HDPE 56020S are made with a blow molding to ensure a uniform distribution of the material across the mold surface.

Each block is made in a single molded form by injection of compressed air inside the mold, allowing the HDPE sock to expand everywhere and have the same thickness.

Subsequently, the cube is extracted from the mold, all the excess material is removed and finished in hole junction points, in the lens holes and in the hole for the cap with a crushed stone and the use of a flame to remove any type of edge And roughness on the surface.
